We do not offer refunds.

Size exchanges
We do not offer size exchanges. Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering. Not sure of the size? WhatsApp us your child’s age, height and chest measurement at +91 70587 77832 and we’ll recommend the right size.

Defective items
If your item is defective, write to us within 72 hours of delivery with photos or an unboxing video. We’ll exchange it for the same item, or issue store credit if it’s no longer available.

Exhibition purchases
Items bought at an exhibition cannot be exchanged. Exhibition purchases are final.

Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.
